dinner








made dinner tonight. i had a burrito (2) with: re- fried beans, cut lettuce, sour cream, brown rice, carne asada and spinach tortilla. healthy? yes it is. its packed with complex carbs and protein. this is a great bodybuilding meal especially if your bulking or on a cheat day. dont worry, the fat percentage is low. most of the fat is coming from the carne asada and small percentage from the rest of the ingredients. if you do decide to make this meal, i suggest you only eat steak 2-3
times a week. why?.. steak digests slow and has a good amount of fat,
well unless you get lean steak or cut em' off with a pair of scissors ..
but still, limit yourself twice a week at most. a good replacement for steak is chicken breast(diced).
it provides a lot of protein with low fat. well there you have it,
enjoy your meal.

tip- pineapple helps digest steaks.
