anyone watch the fight this past saturday? well i did! not all of it though, had to leave before the 4th round began. overall it was a pretty decent fight. i knew from the start that sanchez didnt have a chance agaisnt penn. bj penn threw a combo in the beggining of the first round that had sanchez dazed on the floor, suprinsly sanchez fixed his vision to continue to the next couple of rounds. my cousin texted me the results of the fight, i guess penn cutt up sanchez pretty bad in the last round, and of course penn won the fight.

also, seen the frank mir vs cheick congo fight and that shi- was fast. early first round, mir cought congo with a hard left knocking him to the mat. while congo was stunned mir put congo in a deep guillotine choke, leaving him to sleep. bwhaha

this guy is a true champ. he was mr. olympia 7-8 times plus along with other titles.. wow. yeaa yea, he takes steriods- blah blah blah.. who cares. to me i think its all from a healthy diet and ALOT of supplements to reach that physic.

i decided to gross some of you ladies out there, that think this shit is just plain ol' nasty. but for me and to some others, this is uplifting. motivation for the mind& body to get us through that excruciating gym we commit to day by day.

im actually going to be hitting the gym in about 45 minutes, and my meal prior to heavy lifting is a cup full of dry oatmeal with a splash of water. ill post my workouts along with meals(hopefully) by the end of today.
